The ABX Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, a message from Paul Leiniger, ABX's President and Owner to ABX's Customers

As President and CEO of ABX Engineering I want take a moment and thank our customers, as well as express to our future customers, the ABX team's commitment to customer satisfaction.

We founded ABX almost 27 years ago. Originally as a component distributor, we saw a need for high quality manufacturing services to support the materials management programs we provided to our clients. What started in a small building with only a few employees quickly grew and soon we purchased our first building.

From the early days our plan was always to be hopefully better than the competition. To offer the best possible quality and customer support that would create long term relationships and referrals to grow our business. We parlayed our success with investment in additional production space, the best of available technology and equipment and of course the people to make it all happen.

We built a strong infrastructure, gaining certifications in ISO-9001, ISO-13485, IPC 610, J-STD and approval to build TUV products. We put the programs and procedures in place to provide ITAR compliance when required. We invested in RoHS (lead free) production capabilities in 2000, long before it became a popular production requirement.

As we enter our 28th year, we continue to invest in the future of "Made in America" electronic manufacturing and soon will be shipping product from our new building. Our commitment to the investment in our production capacity allows our clients to use their capital for engineering, development and marketing of their "American developed and manufactured products." We are proud to have helped our clients produce products that save lives, and to provide tools for break though scientific research to better mankind. In 27 years, there are so many leading products and technologies that we have been a part of, we can't wait to see what's in store for us during this innovating decade.
