ABX to Exhibit in 2012 Del Mar Electronics Show

ABX Engineering, Inc. is a 26-year-old ISO 9001-2008 and 13485 approved contract electronics manufacturer which targets prototype NPI, medium to large sized projects, providing coast to coast coverage with offices in San Francisco, San Diego and Charlotte, NC. ABX will exhibit in the 2012 Del Mar Electronics Show, May 2nd and 3rd in San Diego California.

Sales Program Manager John Turner stated, "This is the third year we have exhibited at Del Mar. The Del Mar show is significantly different than other trade shows we participate in, such as the Anaheim Medical Design and Manufacturing (MDM)/Electronics West Show, the National Association of Broadcasters Show (NAB) in Las Vegas for example. The big trade shows, of course, bring us leads for new customer opportunities. Shows like Del Mar and Design 2 Build also give us the chance to not only get new leads, but far more important, they give us the opportunity to meet with our clients, as well as folks, mostly in California we have been calling on for several years, that we hope someday will be clients!

The Del Mar show gives us a chance to chat, in a less formal venue than a scheduled meeting. This allows us to show examples of what we do, and as so often happens, exposes the potential new client to current ABX customers, who frankly are our best selling tool.

ABX has grown our customer base in Southern California significantly, with So-Cal clients in Aviation, Security, Medical, Industrial, Automotive, Broadcast, Life Science, Military, Undersea Research, Photonics, Sporting Products and many others.

Frankly in selling our biggest challenge in bringing in new clients is getting that first opportunity to have a quality discussion with them, where we can illustrate why ABX is perhaps a cut above the competition. Quality, customer service, on-time delivery and value are all metrics by which a CM should be measured every day. Trade shows like Del Mar, have created the kind of quality leads that produce follow on meetings, discussions, detailed presentations, which given that opportunity results in new customers for ABX."
